As a parent, you are also the care champion for your little superhero on their health journey, and this is no small responsibility.
Tracto was designed to support you and your child along this journey.
Helping families navigate their care journey
Tracto reminds you, and your care team, when to administer medication, do activities, monitor side effects and complete digital assessments according to your child’s care plan, ensuring that you stay on track.
Tracto also allows you to have a digital history of your child’s care journey.
Improving care decision-making
Tracto empowers you and your care team with the right information, at the right time to support the best care decisions for your little superhero’s health and wellbeing.
Improving access to care
Working with leading clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, sleep specialists, and occupational therapists we've developed various online parenting courses.
Tracto is intended to support you and your family along the entire care journey. We would recommend that you configure the app to support your specific needs at any point along the journey.
Here are two common examples of how other parents use Tracto on various points on their care journey:
When a new treatment is started or a change in a current treatment is made
Tracto can be configured to monitor the treatment side-effects and concerns on a daily basis to ensure that the care team can easily identify whether the intervention is delivering the desired outcomes. Care team members are also able to add journal entries to note any observations.
Continuously monitoring your child's care needs.
Care needs change along your child’s care journey. Continuous monitoring allows you to understand how these changes affect your child’s care progress and when to take action. Tracto can be configured to prompt for less regular concern monitoring and adherence reminders to adapt to your needs.
Our vision is to support families affected by any mental health and neurodiverse conditions.
Due to the focus required to support families, we have decided to initially support ADHD, ASD & Anxiety care journeys - and keep expanding our supported conditions as we grow.
Please note that the medication tracking, activity tracking, journalling & concern tracking functionality can be used by parents and teachers to support care journeys for any condition. The caveat being that we might not support all concerns & assessment relevant to your child or student's specific condition.
We'll keep you posted as additional conditions are supported.
Currently, our app is primarily intended to support families with children diagnosed with ADHD, ASD and Anxiety between the ages of 4 to 13 years.
A future version of our app will include support for older children where they can become active participants in their own care team.
True to our mission, Tracto's basic care management funcitonality will always be offered for free to our parents. Our premium functionality supports those parents who want to take an extra step into understanding and managing their child's care journey.
Here is a list of the key differences between the free and premium Tracto versions:
1. Support larger care teams: Free users are limited to 6 care team members, whereas premium users can have up to 12 members in their child's care team.
2. In-depth treatment progress insights: Premium users have access to our treatment explore tool which allows parents to investigate concerns and adherence for specific time periods in a single screen. This provides parents and caregivers with additional insights to inform future care decisions.
3. Custom reporting: Premium users are able to filter specific event categories (concerns, medications, activities, journal entries, other) to view or export in the their caregiver report.
